Under direction of and providing support to faculty by preparing labs organizing suppliesequipment and observing student performance and testing.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare laboratory environments for instruction by assembling necessary resources.Assist faculty with demonstrations observation and evaluation of student essential skills performance.Maintain records of activities undertaken in the laboratory which may include typing forms inputting data or otherwise retaining information regarding students and their progress in meeting instructional goals.Reinforce knowledge and skills introduced by the course faculty.Clean and maintain instructional lab equipment.Cleanup of laboratory sessions.Support department faculty with copying class materials stapling and hole-punching sort papers andor supplies.Perform other duties as assigned.Assist Program Director with completion of MAERB faculty workbook and documentation required for accrediting body approval.Department SpecificKnowledge Skills and AbilitiesIndividuals must possess these knowledge skills and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that the individual can perform the duties and responsibilities of the job with or without reasonable accommodation using some other combination of skills and abilities. A flexible work schedule including nights and weekends may be necessary due to the nature of the responsibilities.Incumbent must be able to function effectively indoors in an office environment engaged in work of primarily a sedentary nature. Requires the ability to work at a workstation for extended periods. Requires to write read written materials and computer screens and ability to use telephonic conversations. Occasional lifting up to 25lbs. All individuals are required to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
