Job Summary
Winters JUSD is dedicated to creating and maintaining safe, supportive learning environments that prioritize the physical and emotional well-being of all students. Our Expanded Learning Programs (ELP) serve students in grades TK-8. Positions may be at Waggoner Elementary and Rominger Intermediate.
Positions are eligible for CalPERS retirement, medical, dental, and vision insurance. Under the supervision of Site Administrator, ELP Coordinator, and the ELP Site Coordinator, the ELP Instructional Assistant will assist with classroom management and support high-quality learning experiences during all expanded learning programs.

Qualifications
Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade
Basic skills assessment must satisfy one of the following:
• Pass an assessment provided by WJUSD that demonstrates knowledge of and the ability to assist in teaching reading, writing, and mathematics • Completion of at least 48 semester units of study at an institution of higher education, college level, or Associates degree
