The Cedarburg School District seeks a caring and dedicated individual to perform the duties of a Reading Intervention Aide at Parkview Elementary School for the 2026-27 school year.

The schedule is Monday - Thursday; 8:30 AM-2:45 PM with a 30 minute, unpaid lunch break.

Experience working with primary age children is preferred, but not required.

Essential skills include the ability to build positive rapport with students and assist them in taking ownership for their growth; follow teacher-directed behavior management techniques; communicate with teachers on individual student success or concerns; assist in meeting possible health needs of the students; assist in supervision of students during nonacademic activities such as breaks, field trips and assemblies; reinforce appropriate social and communication skills determined by the teacher. Applicants must be skilled at using diplomacy, friendliness, tact and firmness to help students reach the District''s high expectations.
