We are seeking an Institutional Client Advisor to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership, represent the Firm publicly, and serve as a trusted advisor to our institutional clients. This is a senior, visible role responsible for stewarding deep relationships with investment committees, boards, and executive leadership, while helping strengthen existing partnerships and develop new ones. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, capital-markets-driven, and brings both strong technical investment expertise and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, maintaining a high standard of responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through.
Build deep, trusted relationships with investment committees, boards of directors, executive leadership, and external stakeholders.
Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance service, deliverables, and outcomes based on client feedback.
Analyze client financial situations and assist in developing and updating Investment Policy Statements aligned with client goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, and spending policies.
Partner with the Investment Team to implement investment strategies across client portfolios.
Lead quarterly performance reporting and portfolio review meetings, translating complex investment data into clear, actionable insights.
Communicate effectively across topics including capital markets, asset allocation, alternative investments, performance metrics, and the Firm's proprietary strategies.
Prepare and deliver polished presentations, committee materials, and proposals for clients and prospects.
Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM and portfolio management systems, with personal accountability for deadlines and deliverables.
Support firm growth by identifying referral opportunities, participating in prospect meetings, and contributing to proposal and RFP efforts.
Foster open communication across departments to support a consistent, high-quality client experience
Ensure all advisory activities are in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of industry experience
Bachelor's degree in related field
Series 65
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills

Deep understanding of capital markets, portfolio construction, performance analysis, and regulatory standards.
Proficiency with portfolio analysis and reporting tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
Preferred:
CFA® or CIMA® designation (or in progress)

Compensation:
Base salary range: $100,000–$120,000
Additional compensation: bonus structure based on performance and Firm growth
