REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Basic math skills.
- Residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, or installation experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Install cabinets, countertops, windows, and doors in residential environments.
- Perform service and repair work for existing customers.
- Read and interpret tape measurements and basic project specifications.
- Assist with product deliveries and warehouse operations as needed.
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
- Travel to local job sites throughout the Goshen and surrounding Indiana markets.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Support project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.
