Required Experience
3–5+ years in insulation, weatherization, or related trade
Proven experience leading a crew
Hands-on experience with:
Insulation and air sealing
Ventilation systems (baffles, airflow, fans)
Experience with crawlspace encapsulation and/or mold remediation preferred

Travel Requirements
This role requires approximately 25% travel, primarily throughout Michigan to support project demand
Occasional overnight stays are expected based on project location
Responsible for coordinating crew travel logistics, including:
Transportation of team and equipment
Job site readiness upon arrival

What You’ll Do
