As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out hands‑on installation of safety products at customer sites, following precise instructions and established quality standards. This role focuses on executing tasks such as drilling, anchoring, and site preparation while adhering to strict safety protocols. The technician works alongside and supports the Technical Installer Lead on each project, ensures accurate job documentation, and provides dependable, professional service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct site visits and troubleshoot installation or product issues.
Perform accurate and safe installation of Boplan safety products (guardrails, bollards, rack protection, etc)
Complete assigned tasks (drilling, anchoring, assembly, site prep) at expected productivity rates
Submit complete and accurate job documentation (photos, notes, checklists)
Maintain tools, PPE, and equipment in proper condition
Follow all safety protocols and job site procedures

Annual Salary: $46,000
Per Diem up to $60

Must be 21 years of age or older
A passion for our product is essential—enthusiasm and energy are key to your success in this role
1–3 years in installation, construction, or industrial field work
Experience with power tools (drills, impact drivers, anchors, grinders)
Prior work in warehouses, manufacturing plants, construction sites, or field service preferred
