Installation Sales Manager

The Installation Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for our client's nationwide electrical installation business by originating, developing, and closing opportunities with new and existing industrial customers and strategic partners. This requires close collaboration and a focus on building deep relationships with plant leadership, engineering, maintenance, and project teams, positioning the company as the preferred electrical installation contractor for large capital projects, line upgrades, and ongoing service work.

Responsibilities:

* Create and execute a sales account development plan focused on growing the company's electrical installation revenue with key target accounts nationwide

* Build and maintain strong relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations (plant managers, engineering managers, maintenance leaders, project managers, purchasing)

* Lead the front-end sales process for installation opportunities, especially discovery and relationship building. Collaborate with the Installation Manager on scope definition, and alignment on budget and schedule

* Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and clarifications to customers; manage revisions, RFIs, and negotiation of commercial terms





Required Skills & Experience:

* Must have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management in industrial, electrical contracting, or automation markets

* Must have demonstrated success selling services or projects to manufacturing, industrial, or utility customers

* Must have strong understanding of project-based work (labor, materials, schedules, change orders)

* Must be available to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm

* Must be able to travel locally and throughout the United States

Preferred Skills & Experience:

* Experience selling for an industrial electrical contractor

* Exposure to EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar operating frameworks
