This position will be based remotely. Youll make an impact by You will be leading our on-site team working directly with the customercustomer representatives our internal commissioning team warranty case managers service PMs and solutions PMs. The Site Installation Project Manager should have previous experience in managing projects and be knowledgeable of electrical equipment and its installation. The ideal applicant will be highly organized with the ability to plan and multi-task to meet deadlines and keep projects under budget. If this sounds like you get in touch with us. Lead all phases of the project lifecycle from contract award through completion including client and internal meetings site coordination and active presence throughout execution. Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans clearly defining responsibilities and ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives. Supervise and execute site activities in accordance with commissioning plans and industry standards maintaining a high level of quality and safety. Collaborate with clients trades and stakeholders to negotiate schedules address concerns and drive project progress through respectful and effective communication. Prioritize and organize tasks efficiently proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or issues before they impact the schedule. Generate and review daily and weekly reports to communicate on-site activities and progress in a timely and accurate manner. Identify out-of-scope work prepare estimates and assist in change order and claims processing to support project controls. Coordinate and manage construction personnel and subcontractors ensuring resource availability tracking headcount and optimizing productivity. Maintain compliance with all project requirements codes and construction standards across on-site and off-site activities. Foster strong working relationships with team members supervisors and leadership to resolve issues coach team performance and support a productive work environment. Analyze and mitigate project risks while maintaining adaptability to handle emerging challenges. Communicate clearly and professionally with all project personnel including engineers construction teams and management.
