Installation Coordinator Helper

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time
- Pay: $21-$24/hour depending on experience

We're looking for a Part-Time Installation Coordinator Helper to support our installation and office teams.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, staying organized, and making sure every detail is handled correctly.
Schedule Options
- 4 hours/day (Monday-Friday) or
- 3 days/week (two full days + one half day)
What You'll Handle
- Register equipment and manage post-install documentation
- Follow up with customers after installations
- Assist with scheduling logistics (cranes, coordination, etc.)
- Track jobs and maintain accurate records
- Make reminder calls for upcoming installs
- Keep ServiceTitan records clean and updated
- Support general office organization
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized across multiple tasks
- Clear communication skills
- Reliable and consistent follow-through
Preferred:
- Administrative experience
- Excel or tracking systems
- HVAC or trades exposure
- ServiceTitan experience
