The Geo Insights and Enablement role serves as a critical bridge between global marketing operations and GEO Single Threaded Leaders, ensuring field sales leadership has clarity on marketing"s strategy, measurement frameworks, and performance impact. Operating in deep partnership with Geo Marketing Leaders, this position ensures they are fully equipped with the insights, reporting, and strategic context needed to represent marketing effectively as the Single Threaded Leader(STL) in Geo Sales Leadership meetings in Weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews. The role enables the Geo Marketing Leader, and owns performance reporting, and strategic synthesis for their assigned geography (EMEA, NAMER, APJ, or LATAM).

Key job responsibilities

  • Enable understanding of marketing strategy and measurement: Translate global marketing strategy into clear narratives explaining marketing measurement framework measurement methodologies, investment allocation logic, and the rationale behind coverage decisions-providing content and materials that Geo Marketing Leader can use to ensure sales leadership understands what marketing does, how it"s measured, and why
  • Deliver Geo/Area-level performance reporting and insights: Deliver comprehensive performance commentary and actionable insights to the Geo Leaders that make marketing"s full impact visible, including pipeline results, key trends in activity, and total marketing engagement-enabling informed sales planning and W/M/QBR discussions
  • Partner deeply with Geo Marketing Leaders: Provide regular performance reports/summaries, and pre-built narratives that equip Geo Marketing Leaders to confidently represent marketing"s complete picture in all Sales Leadership meetings and reviews
  • Establish structured collaboration mechanisms: Build and maintain interlocks with Global Sales Operations, Area Sales Operations, and MSO teams-ensuring seamless information flow between central strategy and execution while joining existing processes rather than creating parallel structures.
