We're looking for a detail-oriented Inside Sales Support/Production Field Technician to help ensure our roofing projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. If you enjoy being in the field, solving problems, and making sure every job is done right, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Visit active residential and commercial roofing projects throughout the Greater Kansas City area.
• Monitor project progress to help keep jobs on schedule.
• Perform quality control inspections during and after installation.
• Verify workmanship meets company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Document job progress with photos, inspection reports, and field notes.
• Coordinate material deliveries and assist with production scheduling.
• Identify and communicate field issues to support timely project completion.
• Ensure jobsites remain clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with final inspections, punch lists, warranty evaluations, and project closeouts.
• Build positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and team members.

• Competitive salary of $40K-45K Base salary plus commission
• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule with occasional weekend work.

What We're Looking For

• Roofing or construction experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb ladders and safely access rooftops.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
