We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly-driven Permanent Inside Sales Specialist for our growing manufacturing industry business. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a vibrant, fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, meeting sales quotas, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on account management, fulfillment, and quota achievement.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territory or business segment.
2. Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options.
3. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve quotas and objectives.
5. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
6. Develop positive relationships with clients and act as the point of contact for customers.
7. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
8. Supervise and support order-picking, processing, and dispatch procedures to ensure timely delivery.
9. Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
10. Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

1. Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Specialist or similar role with a minimum of 5 years in the construction industry.
2. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls and presentations.
3. Track record of achieving sales quotas.
4. Experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
5. Understanding of sales performance metrics.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
8. BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
9. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
10. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
11. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
12. A team player with high level of dedication.
