Sedentary Work- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Job Function
- Providing response to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assisting the field sales force with customer support.
- Ensure regular telephone contact with all key account customers and existing client base, prospects and leads.
- General office support - process mail, answering phones and greeting customers.
- Order entry review / updating orders
- Learn and understand the relevant material specifications and customer requirements.
- Manage customer stocking programs
- Participate in monthly sales meetings
Required Skills
- Computer applications knowledge; experience with MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities
Compensation Range
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $24.00/Hr. - USD $28.00/Hr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
