Position Overview:
We are looking for design-savvy, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inside Sales & Retail Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting lighting, furniture, and décor that complements their design vision.
Provide expert guidance on product features, finishes, and styles.
Build relationships with homeowners, designers, and builders to drive sales.
Maintain showroom displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping experience.
Stay informed on design trends and industry innovations to better serve customers.
Support marketing efforts, including social media content and showroom events.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Passion for design, aesthetics, and home décor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
