This position is based in our Winder, GA facility and will report to the Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
- Manage accounts by collaborating with customers, providing consistent feedback, and updating planners as needed
- Work with scheduling to drive production by entering works orders, entering sales orders, and maintaining demand plans
- Ensure that demand within ERP system is giving scheduling accurate representations of long-term demand
- Allocate completed tags to orders as they become ready for shipment
- Request part creation in ERP system as new parts are awarded
- Enter claims in ERP system as they are created for customers
- Manage vendor relationships and stock levels for purchased components
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in metals fabrication/quoting
- Strong customer service and sales aptitude
- Desire to build client relationships and increase sales knowledge/experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment while managing individual goals and objectives partnered with the ability to work effectively in a diverse community required
- High energy and drive, strong business and data analysis skills, excellent prioritization, organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Suite, most notably Excel and Office
