As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the driving force connecting businesses with our expert commercial collection services, helping clients recover debts efficiently while building lasting relationships. What You’ll Do:
Engage potential clients through proactive calls, emails, and outreach
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the commercial sector

Requirements
Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in collections or financial services
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that build rapport quickly
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client information
High school diploma or equivalent required, further education is a plus
