The Inside Sales position is responsible for achieving sales revenue and profits for Videndum by working with a defined list of accounts within a defined territory. The key to success in Inside Sales involves maintaining intensive contact with our network through phone and email communication, as well as developing and launching well-thought-out email campaigns via the appropriate tools, targeting different markets and/or products. The Inside Sales Representative represents the full range of company products and services and engages with the assigned accounts throughout the entire sales cycle.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Works closely with sales colleagues to achieve revenue goals in the defined territory and/or assigned accounts.

• Daily contact with the list of assigned accounts

• Uses sales cadences, defined within the company specified tools, to reach out to assigned accounts to generate demand.

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.

• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet sales targets

• Develop sales plans to meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts in close coordination and agreement with the sales managers and sales leaders.

• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

• Coordinates with the sales managers in selling through partner organizations to end users.

• Manages potential channel conflict with other manufacturer sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.

• Follows up on sales leads produced from Events/Shows

• Enlists the support of sales managers, product specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.

• Produces sales forecasts monthly for assigned territory and/or accounts

• Ensure sales opportunities are managed on a weekly basis and updated as needed, in line with sales procedures.

• Maintains prospect and customer communication records in and reports regional market trends & identifies new market potentials.

• Participates in the design of the regional marketing tools.

• Represents the company professionally, ethically and morally at all times.

• Achieves technical knowledge and applications on all product lines.

• Other jobs/tasks as assigned by your direct manager.

Knowledge and Skills:

Essential:

• Passion for selling market leading products via phone and digitally into the Medias Industry.

• Excellent time management, territory management and presentation skills.

• Proficient with MS Office and other sales tools such as Salesforce.

• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in commercial focused email campaigns.

• Knowledge of sales & territory management functions through channel partners.

• Professional approach.

• Attention to detail ability.

• An understanding of own limitations with regards to safety of self and others, especially in connection with maintenance duties.

Desirable:

• Knowledge/Relationships with Broadcast & Media Production customers

• Understanding of existing Videndum brands and product portfolio

• Multilingual English/ Spanish

Education and Qualifications:

Essential: Bachelor’s (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent
