Are you a customer-focused sales professional looking for a stable career with a well-established company? We're seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team in Pelham. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with inside sales, customer service, or wholesale distribution experience who enjoy building relationships, solving customer challenges, and driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of inside sales, counter sales, or customer service experience required
• Experience in electrical distribution, wholesale distribution, or related industries preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using ERP systems such as Eclipse, Epicor, or similar platforms
• Ability to learn and utilize business analytics tools such as PHOCAS and SPARXiQ
• Strong communication, multitasking, and relationship-building skills

Job Duties

• Manage incoming sales inquiries by phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Prepare and process quotes, orders, and product returns accurately
• Provide product recommendations and technical support based on customer needs
• Collaborate with outside sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Track customer orders and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Maintain strong product knowledge across electrical, lighting, and related product lines
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Support business development goals and customer retention efforts
• Utilize ERP systems and reporting tools to manage customer accounts and sales activity
