Inside Sales Representatives
The Light Connection (TLC), headquartered in Oriskany, NY, a leading manufacturer of fiber optic cable and tubing products for the communications industry, seeks motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join its growing team. Full training will be provided. No prior fiber optic industry experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and quotations.
Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
Process orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate fiber optic cable and tubing solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
Assist with trade shows and customer visits.
Travel approximately one week per quarter for customer meetings and industry events
Meet and exceed sales goals and performance objectives.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous sales, customer service, or inside sales experience is preferred but not required.
Associate's Degree preferred but not required.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
