As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with motivated business owners who contact us seeking marketing solutions. You won’t be cold -calling strangers or pushing unwanted products. Instead, you’ll build relationships, recommend the right strategies, and play a direct role in helping entrepreneurs succeed while building a rewarding, high -income career for yourself.

With over 2,500 inbound leads every week, you’ll have a steady pipeline of opportunities from day one. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in a competitive environment, and wants unlimited earning potential.

Schedule
<\/h3>- Full -time in -office position
<\/li> - Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm with a 1 -hour lunch
<\/li><\/ul>Compensation
<\/h3>- $25<\/b> per hour
<\/li> - Paid training
<\/li> - Supportive new hire commission plan that transitions to a
long -term structure after 120 days
<\/li> - Uncapped commission. Successful closers earn $100,000 – $200,000
per year
<\/li> - At 90 days: eligible for up to a $6,000 salary increase;
additional $6,000 increases at 6 and 9 months (up to $70K base)
<\/li> - Performance -based pay with no ceiling for top performers
<\/li> - Weekly games award $200–$500 to top producers
<\/li> - Over 40% of our sales reps earn six figures
<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>- Experience in selling over the phone is a plus but NOT required
<\/li> - Outgoing, a natural extrovert, and can have a conversation with anyone
<\/li> - No fear of technology – comfortable with software
<\/li> - Ability to multi -task and correctly prioritize without stressing out
<\/li> - Persistent and can get things done despite obstacles/barriers
<\/li> - Excellent team player and willing to help others as needed
<\/li> - You want to earn a LOT of money!
