Our client, a Greater Boston home services-based company, is looking for a friendly and eager Inside Sales Representative to assist with the day-to-day sales process for their busy office. This is a direct hire opportunity and requires a candidate with professionalism, poise, strong attention to detail, a love of making cold calls, someone who is hungry to grow and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday

Compensation: 52K to start and then 100% commission once fully onboarded

*Potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications

Applicantsmust be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Natick to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Calling upon former and perspective clients to create and grow sales
  • Compiling statistics and general market data for team
  • Research and creating target mailing lists
  • Build strong relationships with clients and staff
  • Ability to upsell products and services

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of Business Development experience (making at least 80-100 calls/day)
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
