Overview: We are seeking a relationship-driven, highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our Restaurant & Hospitality business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong professional relationships, influencing decisions, and competing to win through collaboration, consistency, and strong interpersonal skills rather than hard selling.
This is a quota-carrying role designed for someone energized by clear targets, accountability, and winning through influence, persistence, and relationship-building.
In this role, you will own a defined book of business and be responsible for driving new specifications, revenue growth, and dealer-supported sales across the Senneca portfolio. You will work closely with Outside Sales Representatives and restaurant dealer partners to generate demand, advance opportunities through the sales funnel, and convert specifications into booked revenue.
While primarily an inside sales position, this role includes meaningful in-person engagement through dealer meetings, customer visits, presentations, and industry events.
