Role Impact
The Retail Merchandiser plays a critical role in ensuring product availability, freshness, and merchandising excellence across assigned retail and convenience store locations. This position serves as the primary connection between customers, store personnel, sales teams, and distribution operations, helping maximize product visibility, improve in-store execution, and support sales growth. Success in this role directly contributes to customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, and overall business performance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of retail merchandising experience
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and current auto insurance
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked shelves, coolers, and displays across assigned customer locations.
  • Execute merchandising plans, planograms, store resets, and promotional displays to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
  • Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and remove damaged, expired, or unsellable products.
  • Build strong relationships with store leadership, department managers, and customer teams.
  • Resolve inventory, stock, and display issues while coordinating with sales representatives and operational teams.
  • Track inventory levels, store visits, merchandising activities, and required reporting through company systems.
