Pay Rate: Starting at $25

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Position Summary

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this role is part of a high-performing sales team responsible for driving revenue, engaging prospective customers, and delivering best-in-class service. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-focused, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and lead conversion
• Qualify and manage inbound leads while maintaining consistent follow-up
• Educate customers on products and services to identify and secure sales opportunities
• Utilize upselling, cross-selling, and add-on sales strategies to increase revenue
• Maintain high call volume and build strong customer relationships
• Handle sensitive or complex customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate records and effectively use CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Stay current on product knowledge, training, and promotional offerings
• Collaborate internally and externally to support business objectives

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
