OnPoint CX Solutions is looking for a sales representative to join our call center team in our Henderson office. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our clients product and/or services.
Pay & Schedule:
- $12/hour base pay
- Uncapped commission
- Paid Training
- Weekly pay
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday
- Approximately 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (must have open availability)
Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to residential decision-makers
- Present energy solutions and business service options
- Build rapport and identify customer needs
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
- Track activity using CRM and company systems
Requirements:- Any type of sales, call center or cold-calling experience is ideal but not required.
- Strong communication skills
- Professional phone presence
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
