Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an Inside Sales Representative with a strong customer service foundation on behalf of one of our clients located in downtown Denver. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity ideal for individuals who excel at building relationships, supporting customers, and handling high-volume inbound sales and service interactions.
Position Overview
This role blends customer service and inside sales, with a focus on supporting existing clients, managing inbound inquiries, and identifying opportunities to drive additional revenue. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide product/service information, quotes, and order support
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and service
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely resolution of issues
Maintain accurate customer records within CRM and internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, outside sales, etc.) to meet customer needs
Handle high-volume interactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a CSR-focused role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Previous experience in a high-volume or transactional environment is a plus
