Nucor is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Albuquerque, NM to serve as a key liaison between sales, production, shipping, and management while delivering exceptional customer support. Job Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Order & Account Management: Process customer orders, maintain accurate pricing, approve billing, and manage available inventory to support sales goals.
Operations & Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate closely with outside sales, production, quality, shipping, and mill management to dispatch shipments and streamline service.
Customer Support & Safety Leadership: Deliver proactive customer support while adhering to and promoting safety, quality, cost, and productivity standards across all operations.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
1+ years of customer service experience required
Experience resolving customer concerns and maintaining strong customer satisfaction
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
Experience working in an Oracle-based Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system preferred
Proven ability to initiate, lead, and uphold company safety policies and procedures
