Job Description
Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + Commission
1st Year Earnings: $80,000 - $90,000+
2nd Year Earnings: $100,000 - $110,000+

Our client is a nationally recognized leader in the homebuilding industry, providing warranty and risk management solutions to residential builders across the United States. Backed by one of the nation's largest insurance organizations, they have built a reputation for integrity, exceptional customer service, and long-term client partnerships.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking multiple Inside Sales Representatives to join their Charlotte, NC team.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a true business development role focused on generating new business and enrolling home builders into the company's industry-leading warranty program.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
- Conducting outbound calls to builders and decision makers
- Building relationships with prospective clients
- Managing a sales pipeline from lead generation through close
- Presenting solutions and communicating program benefits
- Meeting and exceeding sales activity and enrollment goals
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
Note: Once a client is enrolled, ongoing account management is handled by a dedicated Relationship Manager, allowing you to focus on new business development.
What We're Looking For
