• $23.08/hr + uncapped commission opportunities

ROLE IMPACT

This role is designed for driven sales professionals who excel at negotiating and closing over the phone and email. As an Inside Sales – Renewals & Negotiations specialist, you will manage contract renewals with existing property owners, securing agreements that protect revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships. Your success will be measured by your ability to retain clients, negotiate favorable terms, and consistently close high-value renewals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of contract renewals with existing property owners

• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to negotiate terms and secure renewals

• Build trust quickly while identifying client needs, priorities, and decision drivers

• Confidently handle objections and navigate complex negotiations to close agreements

• Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM systems for tracking and reporting


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years of inside sales, retention, or account management experience with a strong closing record

• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and consistently meet or exceed performance targets

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word with strong attention to detail and a High School Diploma or equivalent


CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent)

• Microsoft Excel and Word

• VoIP calling systems

• Internal contract management and data verification tools


PREFERRED SKILLS

• Background in insurance, automotive sales, door-to-door sales, or high-volume call center environments

• Demonstrated success in renewal, retention, or contract negotiation roles

• Competitive, results-driven mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
