If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report. **Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities** **•** Builds strong customer relationships through outreach and follow up, applies product knowledge to support needs, and delivers exceptional service using the company's billing system **•** Collaborates with the Account Manager to enter orders, create quotes as needed, and identify cross-sell opportunities while supporting project service, resolving issues, and customer satisfaction. **•** Qualifies leads, identifies opportunities and tracks progress using the CRM system with urgency and discipline. **•** Maintains strong work relationships with vendors. **•** Independently processes orders and billing from project start to close with accuracy and transparency. **•** Occasionally visits job sites to review customer orders, assess their needs, and ensure they have all necessary materials and support. **•** Supports special projects and team initiatives as assigned, demonstrating teamwork and excellence. **Nature and Scope** + Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor. + Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor. + None. **Work Environment** + Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. + Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. + Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. **Education and Experience** + HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally, 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications** **•** Must have a valid driver’s license. **•** Proficient with Microsoft product suite including Word and Excel. **•** Ability to estimate, price, and prepare scope proposals.
