Inside Sales - Portrait Designer

Are you a charismatic, high-energy closer with a genuine passion for family photography? Do you thrive in fast-paced, in-person sales environments where you can build instant rapport and guide clients to meaningful purchases?

This is NOT retail sales, B2B, lead generation, or follow-up work. This is a pure closing role: You meet with clients immediately after their portrait session, present their beautiful images, discuss sizing/finishing options, and close the sale all in one 45-60 minute appointment. Appointments are pre-set for you (no cold calling, no chasing leads, no follow-ups). Expectback-to-back clients, up to 8 sessions per day

Schedule (Full-time with benefits):

• Sunday-Tuesday: 8:45 AM - 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Availability to occasionally cover other shifts (Thu-Sun)

What to expect day-to-day

Present stunning portraits from the just-completed session and guide clients through product options (prints, wall art, albums, etc.)

• Deliver a consultative, soft-sell experience focused on emotional connection and value -no high-pressure tactics
• Handle high-volume days with poise and efficiency
• Participate in ongoing sales training and team development

• Experienced closers with strong B2C in-person sales

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $18/hour
• Realistic earnings: $80,000-$120,000+ annually- Plus uncapped commission + monthly incentives
