Well-established Outdoor Recreation Dealer has hired Aspen Personnel to help them find an experienced and motivated person to fill the role of Inside Sales/Parts Specialist in their company.
Job Duties:
- Provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, or via email
- Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct recreational vehicle parts and accessories based on their needs
- Use your knowledge of recreational vehicles and their parts to provideaccurate and detailed information to customers
- Collaborate with customers to determine the compatibility and suitability of various parts and accessories for their specific vehicles
- Process parts orders efficiently and accurately using computer systems or manual records
- Maintain and organize inventory of parts and accessories, ensuring proper labeling, categorization, and storage
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering to ensure a sufficient supply of commonly used parts and accessories
- Provide recommendations and upsell additional parts, accessories, or related products to customers to enhance their riding experience
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, advancements, and industry knowledge related to recreational vehicle parts and accessories
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders
Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in recreational vehicles or automotive parts is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the recreational vehicles industry or automotive aftermarket
- Excellent knowledge of various recreational vehicles, their parts, and accessories.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using computer systems and inventory management software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Full Time:
Pay:
- $45K - $55K Hourly Base Pay + Commission
