Inside Sales Manager

Kforce is working with a client in Wexford, PA that is hiring a dynamic Inside Sales Manager with a knack for Sales Development and at least 3 years of experience in the tech industry. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our tech solutions portfolio and requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: The Inside Sales Manager will implement cutting-edge marketing strategies to pinpoint and engage leads seeking our tech solutions
• Prospecting: Engage in proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, and social media interactions, to establish connections with potential clients
• Qualification/Discovery: Evaluate potential clients' needs to ensure alignment with our tech offerings, utilizing set benchmarks for lead qualification
• Lead Nurturing: Cultivate lasting relationships with potential clients through consistent communication, addressing queries, and providing pertinent information
• Sales Pipeline Management: Organize and track leads, guaranteeing prompt follow-ups and movement through the sales stages
• Collaboration: As an Inside Sales Manager, you will liaise with the sales force to transfer qualified leads, arrange meetings, and ensure a seamless sales process
