Location: Anaheim, CA (Hybrid/Remote)
Compensation: $25/hour + Tiered Commission (up to 15%) and Bonuses

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Inside Sales Executive who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment. Recent graduates or candidates with 2-3 years of sales experience are ideal. Extensive training is provided, offering a unique growth opportunity in a high-reward industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on 15-20 qualified leads daily to secure orders and close large transactions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to expand market share.
• Collaborate with distributors, manufacturers, and clients (e.g., Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Honeywell) to ensure competitive pricing and timely deliveries.
• Utilize a cutting-edge CRM to input customer orders accurately and track supplier data.
• Negotiate pricing and structure deals in alignment with company standards to meet customer needs.
• Maintain compliance with FAA policies and government regulations, ensuring adherence to all quality and procedural standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure transparency and operational efficiency.
• Adapt to the frequent changes inherent in a dynamic, high-stakes industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 2-3 years of sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and source the right vendors.
• Self-driven professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with data entry and CRM familiarity (preferred).
• Local candidates in Orange County, CA preferred for hybrid flexibility, but remote opportunities available for qualified candidates across the U.S.
