Who is Peak Industrial Group?
We are a family-owned and operated medium-sized industrial power transmission chain manufacturer. We source and manufacture parts as if using them on our own equipment. We service clients all around the globe, communicating with resellers and distributors. We have an extensive inventory and a specially selected manufacturing network to bring our customers high-quality products at competitive pricing.
Are you the candidate we are looking for?
We are looking for a highly disciplined and self-motivated individual who seriously wants to grow their career. Our hiring process is intentionally challenging, because we want candidates who are truly committed to join our team. Once you make the team, you’ll see the challenge doesn’t end there. If you’re not ready to push yourself and grow, this isn’t the place for you, but if you are, you’ll find a rewarding career path with us.
Core Values
Our organization is built on culture, inside-out. We want our team to want to be here, not sit in the parking lot dreading coming through the front door. That is why our core values are so important to us and to our people, if you don’t believe in them then this is not the place for you.
Integrity is consistently doing what’s right—even when unseen—guided by unwavering ethics, honesty, and a commitment to others’ trust, even at personal cost.
Innovation means continuously seeking better ways to solve challenges, improve solutions, and stay ahead—whether through creativity, technology, or fresh thinking—to drive growth and progress.
Respect is treating everyone—customers, colleagues, or anyone we meet—with consideration, courtesy, and fairness, valuing their perspective and dignity to build trust and collaboration.
Empathy is fully stepping into others’ shoes—customers, colleagues, anyone—to understand their feelings, challenges, and needs, fostering authentic connection and thoughtful support.
Striving for excellence means never settling for average—continuously learning, improving, and pushing to deliver the best possible outcomes, one step beyond yesterday.
Commitment to serve is dedicating yourself to helping others—whether customers, colleagues, or the community—by providing reliable, proactive solutions with genuine care and follow-through.
