As an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will handle sales, support calls, customer inquiries, and complaints, aiming to meet or exceed sales goals. You will promote additional services, process work orders, and ensure customer satisfaction while demonstrating respect and courtesy.
This role requires self-motivation, energy, strong communication, organization, and proficiency with computers and tablet technology. Prior experience in auto or flat glass is a plus.
