About the Role:
As a Inside Sales Coordinator with Pavestone you are responsible for:
- Delivering excellent customer experience to contractors and customers in person and over the phone
- Supporting sales growth by identifying customer needs, recommending products, and helping close business
- Building strong relationships with customers through responsive service and follow-up
- Partnering with outside sales representatives to support account growth and customer satisfaction
- Preparing accurate quotes, invoices, and sales order
- Providing product, pricing, and availability information to customers
- Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications
- Assisting with dispatching and scheduling deliveries
- Contributing to branch goals through a proactive, goal-oriented approach
- Completing daily administrative tasks and paperwork accurately
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 2+ years of sales, inside sales, customer service, or related experience
- A sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A goal-oriented approach and motivation to grow within the company
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort walking through Manufacturing Yards (which may be a dirtier/outdoor environment)
