We are seeking a proactive
Sales Coordinator
to join our Fremont team.
This role involves acting as a liaison between customers, especially top-tier accounts, and internal teams such as production, supply chain, and logistics.
Key duties include managing order flow, coordinating with factories and logistics vendors, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.
The candidate will communicate order status, prepare reports, assist sales with inquiries, and maintain accurate data in CRM/ERP systems.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years’ experience in sales support or order management, bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin, and proficiency with MS Office and relevant systems.
Preferred skills involve international shipping, customs, and supply chain planning.
