This is not a hybrid or remote work role. You must be available to work in our office in Emmaus, PA during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm).
The Opportunity:
This is not a typical inside sales role.
The Inside Sales Associate plays a mission-critical role in shaping the quality of our future projects. You will serve as the first point of contact for new inquiries, guiding prospective clients through structured discovery conversations and determining which opportunities move forward.

This role is designed for a professional who values structured, part-time work with meaningful responsibility and the potential to grow into a larger client-facing or sales role over time.
Success in this role requires sound judgment and the ability to set clear boundaries with prospective clients when a project is not a good match. This role requires comfort with structure, consistency, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail across a large number of client interactions.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond promptly to new inquiries
- Conduct thoughtful discovery calls
- Evaluate project fit based on scope, budget, timeline, and alignment with our design/build process
- Guide prospects through next steps in our structured process
- Manage all activity within HubSpot CRM
- Maintain clean documentation and pipeline accuracy
- Prepare high-quality hand-offs to the Project Development team
- Collaborate with Sales and Design to maintain a healthy pipeline

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years in inside sales, client services, or CRM-based lead management
- Strong communication skills (phone and written)
- Confidence discussing budgets and project parameters
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Process-driven and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience
- HubSpot CRM experience
- Background in remodeling, construction, design, or luxury services
- Experience working with high-value clientele
- Enthusiastic about remodeling industry trends and best practices
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $25 - $30 per hour (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses: $2,000 - $6,000+ annually (based on performance)
