Location: Broussard, LA

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday-Friday

You'll work right at the intersection of customer service and inside sales, talking with customers, supporting internal teams, and keeping orders and communication moving. It's fast-paced, people-focused, and never boring.

Job Duties:

• Support sales representatives with daily quoting, order processing, and administrative tasks.
• Prepare and issue customer quotes based on pricing and product specifications.
• Enter, process, and track customer orders in internal systems.
• Accurately write and update sales orders.
• Perform data entry and maintain customer and order records.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and basic inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn order processing systems.
• A close attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and support a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional customer service and phone/email etiquette.
