Become a Key Member of a Top Real Estate Team as an Inside Sales Agent

Are you an articulate communicator who flourishes in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment? EO&A is looking for a driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our high-achieving real estate team.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and schedule meetings for our outside sales agents. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, expert support, and a consistent flow of warm leads, you’ll have all the resources necessary to launch or elevate your career in real estate sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to warm and nurtured leads
  • Assess and qualify potential buyers and sellers, then coordinate appointments
  • Apply proven sales scripts and techniques to convert leads effectively
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with agents and management to drive business growth

Please note: This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts 
  • Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
  • Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
  • Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
  • Manage database and productivity reports
  • Commit to skill development through education and script practice 
  • Become a real estate local expert 
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone skills
  • Sales experience tracking to a quota 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and internalize scripts

  • Real estate license preferred
