Responsibilities
  • Engage actively in PLACE training to master lead generation and prospecting scripts
  • Convert inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments efficiently
  • Proactively reach out to outbound sales leads and secure appointments
  • Assess and qualify leads by understanding their motivation and financial readiness before passing to agents
  • Maintain and update the CRM database and generate productivity reports regularly
  • Dedicate time to continuous skill enhancement through training and script rehearsals
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market to better assist clients
  • Participate consistently in weekly one-on-one coaching, team trainings, and Partner Calls
  • Accurately log all client interactions and activities using PLACE Technology systems
Qualifications

You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.
