At RiteScreen, we believe exceptional customer experiences start with exceptional people. We're looking for a customer-focused, analytical, and driven Inside Sales Account Manager to serve as a trusted partner to our customers and a key link between our sales, operations, and manufacturing teams.

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, build lasting relationships, solve complex challenges, and help ensure every order and project is delivered successfully. You'll also leverage data and insights to identify opportunities, improve performance, and support business growth.

What You'll Do

Be the Voice of the Customer

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and partnership.
  • Provide outstanding support through phone, email, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person interactions.
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and advocate for solutions internally.

Drive Account Success

  • Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Provide product expertise, answer questions, and help customers identify the best solutions for their business.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and expanded product offerings.
  • Collaborate with Sales to onboard new customers and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Lead Cross-Functional Execution

  • Coordinate with Operations, Production, Logistics, Finance, and other teams to ensure customer commitments are met.
  • Manage customer-specific projects and priorities from initiation through completion.
  • Help resolve challenges quickly and proactively while keeping customers informed every step of the way.

Turn Data into Action

  • Analyze sales trends, customer activity, and account performance to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop reports and provide recommendations that support business growth and operational improvements.
  • Support forecasting, strategic planning, and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Deliver Exceptional Service

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate account information and activity records within CRM systems.
  • Consistently uphold RiteScreen's commitment to service, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • 6+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role, preferably within the building products industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and leading projects from initiation through completion.
  • Background in sales, marketing, operations, or customer success strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience with order management, invoicing, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and customer account administration.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across departments and locations.
