Job Summary
Professional Security Alliance (PSA), the world's largest consortium of security and audio-visual systems integrators, is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to support PSA members within an assigned territory and drive utilization of PSA procurement programs. This role works closely with the Outside Sales Representative to help PSA members purchase products through PSA by delivering responsive service, competitive pricing, and access to PSA technology partners. The Inside Sales Account Executive supports member purchasing teams by assisting with pricing requests, connecting members with PSA technology partners, facilitating quotes and demonstrations, and ensuring members experience the operational benefits of working through PSA.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, responsiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple member requests in a high-responsiveness environment. This position provides a potential development path into a Territory Sales role.

Salary Range: $50-$60K base salary plus commission with On-Target Earnings of $75K, uncapped.

Occasional travel to PSA events, member meetings, and industry events several times per year.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Some flexibility in hours is allowed; however, employees must generally be available during core business hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. MT, depending on territory assignment.
