- Monday Wednesday: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM EST
- Saturday Sunday & Holidays: 6:30 AM 2:30 PM EST
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Job Summary We are seeking an Inserting Operator to support mail production operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is responsible for operating mail insertion equipment, preparing outgoing mail, and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a production environment, and able to stand for extended periods of time.

Job Responsibilities - Operate mail production and inserting equipment
- Insert letters and materials into envelopes accurately and efficiently
- Maintain quality standards and production accuracy
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues as needed
- Support daily operational workflows and production timelines
- Work collaboratively with team members in a production environment
