Job Summary and Qualifications What You Will Do In Your Role: What You Will Do In Your Role:You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for assigned patients.You will be responsible for meeting the Standards of Practice for the Rehabilitation Unit and managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment.You will participate in activities to plan, measure, asses and improve the quality of patient care.Instructs patients/families regarding the disease process.You will be responsible for additional admission paperwork specific to the Rehabilitation Unit.You will participate in weekly patient care conferences, as needed.You will assume the responsibility of charging the unit, as needed.What qualifications you will need:Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing is required.
