Qualifications Include:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree accredited by the ACPE
Current, full, active and unrestricted license in ANY state of the United States
Minimum of 12 months experience within the last 36 months as a pharmacist working in an inpatient pharmacy setting
BLS (prior to start date)
