Mandatory Experience: - Maintains current pharmacy licensure.
- MUST HAVE EPIC experience.
- Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy Degree.
- Pharm D REQUIRED
- Current Colorado Pharmacy license in good standing.
- Demonstrated leadership in both pharmacy operations and clinical pharmacy services
- Strong regulatory knowledge, clinical judgment, communication, and teaching skills
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- Flu Vaccine REQUIRED - NO EXEMPTIONS ACCEPTED
- SCHEDULE: Day Shift working 40-hours per week.
- Must be willing to fill in on evenings/overnights/weekends if staffing needs arise.
