Exceptional Healthcare seeks an experienced Inpatient Nurse Manager to oversee inpatient operations where skilled clinicians develop leadership potential while making a meaningful impact on patient care.

What You'll Do

  • Build and mentor a high-performing clinical team
  • Drive quality outcomes through clinical expertise and leadership
  • Develop systems that elevate patient experience and staff satisfaction
  • Implement improvements without endless approval chains
  • Manage budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation

What You'll Need
  • 2+ years hospital nursing experience (Med/Surg, ICU, or ED preferred)
  • 2+ years supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from accredited institution
  • Current RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Experience with EHR systems, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
